Mesa Hotel Events

This section pertains to those groups who need meeting/event space at the hotel, but also require less than ten overnight guest rooms to be reserved in association with their function. Whether you are planning a local meeting or banquet event for 5 or 500 people, from one week out to one year out, we are here to help!

Our primary rentable meeting facilities are our 5,000 square foot Superstition Ballroom (breaks into 6 sections), and our 2,600 square foot Rio Salado Ballroom (stand alone / non-divisible).  Meeting or Banquet space is available for half day or meal/meetings, full day, or multiple day events.
 
It's never too early to reserve you space for a Holiday Party! Typical Holiday Party group sizes at the Holiday Inn Mesa are 50 to 300+ people. To see a sample of our Holiday Party menus, click on the image below.
